# Cyclops / cinematic optical system

The core product scans public on-chain activity: tokens, wallets, funding traces, launch activity, contract controls and liquidity. It helps researchers inspect evidence, not receive guarantees.

Palette: Observer #090909, Bone #F4F1E8, Scan #E63232. Interface surfaces use subtle neutral variations; crimson is reserved for attention. Geist headings and body, Geist Mono timestamps and references. No neon green, mascot robot or Unbounded.

The approved 03 Scan Eye is the character: a broad angular silhouette, red ring, white pupil and triangular beam. The original reference sheet is included as 03-scan-original-kit.png. Do not replace it with an anatomical eyeball or a mechanical camera lens. It scans autonomously. The homepage uses a precisely authored 2D vector-motion film derived from the original mark; no cursor tracking. Pause, replay, mobile source, reduced-motion poster, data-saver and offscreen suspension are required. The film is rendered from reproducible vector animation; the page's light is an authored atmospheric reveal, not physically simulated X-ray vision.

Every discovery is also available through visible controls. Use a feathered light field, never an opaque laser stripe over reading content. Sound is optional and off by default in the Observatory.

Interface: large areas of negative space, aligned reading edges, hairline separators, restrained motion, progressive disclosure. Avoid a wall of cards, indiscriminate badges and decorative meters. Investigations lead with evidence and a source, timestamp, status and limitation.

Copy: observed / inferred / unavailable. Never turn missing data into zero. Never call a token safe. Shared funding does not prove common ownership; launch timing does not prove a coordinated bundle. Token access is distinct from work rewards. Roadmap statuses are only Live or Next. Example datasets must be explicitly fictional, including in exports.
