What is

A case is a token scan Cyclops has stored, the latest one per token. Outcome and size come from the launch registry: size is lifetime traded volume in ETH, and a token that never launched on Torch has neither. Flags are the ones the stored scan raised; a later scan can raise different ones.
Outcome rules are in the methodology. An outcome describes what happened on-chain, not why. A scan with no flags is not a clean bill of health. Hand-picked stories are in case studies.
